I contacted them they told me to plant these dead mushy rotted plants in my tank to see if they grow back and contact them later if they didn't. This is an insane recommendation and poor customer service. These plants did not come as advertised and are nothing like the picture. They want me to planting a mass of rotting biomaterials and ruin my pristine tank on the 0% chance that one of the globs of brown slime magically turns back into a plant and takes 6 months to get to the size it was advertised as? So they don't have to reship me 45$ worth of plants that aren't mush? This is not what I paid for. I'll take my review down if they make this right and ship me new plants or refund my money. Until then, it stays up. P.S. they advertise one of the plants as dwarf hair grass but it is not. I did see some melt back on the glosso and dwarf baby tears but the hair glass stayed strong and has been spreading already. There are new leaves forming on the glosso and the roots on the baby tears have grown a ton. I'm incredibly happy with the purchase. The plants covered my 5 gal really well. All but the baby tears that keeps floating away... lol Did hold a good chunk down on to my driftwood with a rubber band, and pushed the rest into my substrate. Can separate into several chunks to plant in several areas. Cant wait to see how well they grow in a month or 2. And I really should have pulled my drift wood out of the water to place the baby tears on it. Totally my falt on that one. The little ground cover type plants the Goldfish only picked a few out that I planted and now is leaving them alone. These were health No snails and arrived in healthy state. I will be purchasing more plants from this company! I especially had a problem with the baby dwarf tears. I am running a low tech set up, just a light and no co2 infuser so that may have a lot to do with it but it took me a couple of hours to plant all of this mess, and the dwarf hairgrass isn't even doing that well. It hasn't spread at all and is starting to come uprooted from the sand. that being said the Glosso has done AWESOME. At first it looked terrible but once I trimmed it and replanted several times it has spread nicely and almost formed a whole carpet. They all lived for months but I am new at this and sadly I couldn't keep most of them alive in my current set up but the baby tears have hung on even with a mediocre light and no CO2. Calificado en Canadá el 1 de junio de 2020 Compra verificada Arrived mostly green though I think the packaging had a small leak, there as a slight delay of not getting on the plane right away from the USA to Canada so they did sit in the dark for a extra few days so that may be why they arrived as they did. Its kinda hard to get them out of that sponge thing attached to them in the pot, but other than that, all is fine.
The baby tears are the toughest to deal with, but worth it if it all works out and grows right and turns into a carpet!
If you have experience with growing plants and your looking to try out a carpet plant, i recommend this very much!!!

Baby tears did decent, but I tried planting it in a tricky spot in my tank and ultimately removed it
